Project Description
As DP World reimagined its Americas headquarters in Charlotte, the workplace became an opportunity to celebrate the company's global reach while creating a meaningful connection to its local community. The environmental graphics were designed to bridge international identity with the culture and history of Charlotte, reinforcing a shared sense of place throughout the office.
My role focused on developing branded moments that tell DP World's story through materials, graphics, and environmental storytelling. A custom sunset installation in the reception area visualizes the company's worldwide network, while suspended textile installations pay homage to Charlotte's rich textile heritage and the diverse weaving traditions found across DP World's global operations. In the café, abstract patterns stamped into the concrete floor introduce a subtle expression of movement and innovation, reflecting the company's forward-thinking approach to logistics.
Together, these interventions transform the workplace into an immersive brand experience that celebrates connection, craftsmanship, and the people, places, and cultures that DP World brings together every day.
